Learn how to set up your profile, create services, and start connecting with clients or other practitioners.

Setting up an account

Step 1: Complete Your Profile

Start by filling out your profile details. Add your practice name, a short description, and choose your visibility. This helps clients and practitioners understand who you are and what you offer.

Step 2: Set up your practice

You can access the setup guide from the Practice section—either through the side menu under "Your Practice" or from the profile dropdown menu at the top right.

Step 3: Set your opening hours

Choose the days and times you're available for bookings. These hours define when clients and other practitioners can schedule sessions with you. Make sure to select the correct time zone to avoid confusion.

Step 4.1: Connect Your Stripe Account

To receive payments, link your Stripe account to Epoch. If you don’t have a Stripe account yet, we’ll guide you through setting one up using Stripe’s official setup guide. It only takes a few minutes.

Step 4.2: Complete Stripe Setup

After clicking “Link Stripe Account,” you’ll be redirected to Stripe’s secure setup page. Enter your email and follow the steps to either create a new account or connect an existing one.

Step 5: Link Your Google Calendar

Connect your Google Calendar to sync your schedule with Epoch. This helps prevent double bookings by blocking off times when you're already busy and gives you a clear overview of your upcoming appointments—all in one place.

Step 6: Create Your Services

Add the one-on-one services you offer—like consultations, coaching, or treatments. Set your duration, price, and whether it’s online or in-person. Make sure your Google Calendar is linked to enable appointment changes and cancellations.
