Application Form

Thank you for your interest in joining EPOCH DMS. As an invitation-only platform for spiritual and holistic practitioners, we maintain a careful verification process for practitioners who are not directly referred by current members.

Please complete all sections of this application thoughtfully. We review applications on a case-by-case basis, looking for practitioners who:

•       Hold valid credentials in their healing modality

•       Value privacy and energetic boundaries in their digital presence

•       Align with EPOCH's practitioner-focused, referral-based model

•       Seek alternatives to mainstream social media platforms

Applications are typically reviewed within 5-7 business days. If approved, you will receive an invitation link. If not approved at this time, you are welcome to reapply after 6 months.
