What is a room?
A room is a dedicated space where you can bring people together around a shared theme or practice. Use it to host group sessions, share resources, and start discussions. Rooms can be public or private, and shared with clients, the public, or just with other practitioners—giving you full control over who has access and how you engage.
Setting up a room
Navigation
From the main menu, click Rooms. In the side menu, select Your Rooms, then click the Create Room button to set up a new shared space.
Room Name
Give your room a clear and welcoming name that reflects its focus or purpose.
Description
Describe what the room is for, who it's for, and what members can expect.
Visibility
Set who can see the room. Public rooms will appear on the discovery page, while private ones are hidden and invite-only.
Hide Members
Toggle this on if you don’t want room members to see each other.
Private
Make the room private to restrict access and allow only invited users to join.
Once you hit “Create Room”, it will appear under “Your Rooms” where you can manage and access it anytime.
Managing a Room
You can access the Admin Tools by entering a room and checking the left sidebar under the room name. This section gives you access to manage Channels, Resources, Members, and Services tied to that room.
Channels
Facilitate group discussions, share updates, or host themed conversations in separate threads.
Resources
Create and share structured content or guides using built-in formatting. Great for reference materials or educational content.
Members
View, manage, and invite participants to the room. Keep your space organized and secure.
Services
Create services dedicated to this room for easy access and booking by members. These work like the services in your main practice page but are linked specifically to the room and only visible within it.
