About services
Services are one-on-one offerings you make available to others—such as consultations, treatments, or coaching sessions. You can customize the duration, pricing, and availability, and let clients book directly through your profile. Practitioners can also book services from other practitioners, making collaboration easy within the platform.
Setting up a Service
Navigation
In the main menu, click Practice, then under the Admin Tools section in the side menu, select Services. From there, click the Create Service button to start adding your new offering.
Service Title
Give your service a clear, descriptive name clients will understand.
Description
Briefly explain what the service includes and who it’s for.
Duration
Select how long the session will last.
Pricing
Choose whether the service is free or paid. If paid, set the price and currency.
Location
Decide if the session will happen online or in person. If online, include a meeting link — we recommend using Google Meet for a smooth and reliable experience.
Once you click Create Service, your new offering will appear in your services list. From here, you can review, edit, or remove it anytime.
Update a Service
Click the three-dot menu on the service card and select Update Service. This will open the form where you can edit any detail—title, description, duration, pricing, or location. Don’t forget to save your changes when you're done.
